Entry fees for tournaments are generally non-refundable once registration is confirmed.

- Tournament cancellation by Next Level Esports
- Technical issues on our end that prevent participation
- Withdrawal request made at least 72 hours before tournament start

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method.
5. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods are provided on a prorated basis.

Purchases of virtual currency or in-platform credits are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
